Virgin Mobile phone number?

so, i have a virgin mobile phone and i need to change the number. i used to have a t-mobile to go phone but i havent put money on it for awhile so can i switch that t mobile number over to my virgin mobile phone becuz they say you can keep the same number you had, but i was wondering if it would work since i havent put money on tht phone in a while?

yes, but the phone must still be active, meaning no more than 90 days can have passed. once it is deactivated, you must reactivate it within 90 days or your number gets reassigned. im a t-mo sales rep.

Reply:I am with virgin mobile, and you have to put money on that phone each month for it to work from month to month. I don't know if they will switch your t-mobile number over to your virgin mobile phone or not. Lately Virgin mobile has really been letting me down however because the shorted me three days and I have been a loyal customer for 2 years now. They said they give me the end of month date as April 28 because I paid last month on the 28th, Hey last month was a short month not my fault, I didn't make the calendar normally have only twenty-eight days in febuary on the normal. You can always call and ask them if they will transfer your t-mobile number to your virgin mobile phone. If you have battery power to your phone and it is a virgin mobile phone you can dial *86 on it and it should connect you to virgin mobile voice service then say ask a question and it will give a long list to choose from, then you say something else and the voice service (Simone) will direct you to a live advisor. The live advisor should be able to help get your new phone service set up. best wishes and good luck with Virgin mobile. I will most likly switch to another carrier after this month myself after Virgin mobile got my money this month and shorted me three days off my time. I am not happy with them at all but maybe you will have better luck with Virgin Mobile then I have had lately. By the way I have had my virgin mobile phone two years now and never missed paying them on the last day of the month every month like clockwork so you are hearing this from a longstanding customer.
