How much does is currently cost to send and receive text messages from T-Mobile WITHOUT any sort of text message plan? Also, is there a difference in the price if the texting is T-Mobile to T-Mobile?

15 cents for each send and receive
and nope there is no difference
the plans they have are
400 messages for 4.99 a month
1000 messages for 9.99 a month
1500 messages for 14.99 a month
unlimited messages for indidual 14.99 a month
or the whole family 19.99 a moth
