Question about t-mobile??

okay so i have t-mobile and about 3 months ago i got the t-mobile shadow phone. and so anyways i have been having alot of problems with it lately, it keeps freezing up and the slider thing isnt aligned right. so i talked to the people at the t-mobile store and they said that i just have to call the t-mobile company and they will send me a new phone, in return for mine.





well anyways i was wondering if anybody knows if they would send me the blackberry pearl instead of the shadow, cus the shadow sucks and i have been having tons of problems with it. and i have already had to exchange the phone in 2 times and my brother has the same phone and he has had to exchange his once too.





so i was wondering if they would let me trade it for the pearl? cus i really dont want the shadow anymore!!

You could sell your shadow and buy a blackberry online. I don't think they will let you exchange a shado w for a new phone. They aren't that nice hahaha





But, I swap my sim card with phones all the time. All you need to do is make sure you have a phone that is compatible with your plan. Try looking for an unlocked phone too. Good luck!

Reply:they wont be able to exchange your handset out right, but T-Mobile started a new thing, were we let customers upgrade right after they already completed one, you can get a partial discounted one. for the BB pearl its $267.99 (including, $18 upg fee) free reg. shipping + tax. BUT i bet you didnt know there is a new BB pearl coming out in April , i would wait seriously..hope this helps
