T-Mobile My Favs?

I currently have T-Mobile as a service provider with a T-Mobile Dash. I do not like the Dash and would like to purchase a Palm Treo. I would have to buy an unlocked version and wondered if I would still have use of the My Favs? My only other option is to go back to Verizon Wireless which I loved, but would then be stuck with the early cancellation fee from T-Mobile.

Any advice?

T-Mobile My Favs?
You can use any T-Mobile phone or unlocked GSM phone, as long as it has the frequency bands use in the US. The non-T-mobile phone will not have the myFaves software on it, but you will still have unlimited calling to and from your 5 since it's on your plan. You just won't have them displayed on the screen all of the time. You can still manage your 5 online. You can register at http://my.t-mobile.com for free if you haven't registered there yet. After you log in, you will be able to manage your 5, pay your bill, etc.
Reply:If you change your plans you won't get charged an early termination fee. They will simply just change your plan. I think it would be a good idea to switch over to a new phone using your SIM card. You will just have to contact t-mobile to tell them to switch your plans.

You are not leaving them you just no longer need myfaves.
Reply:i am also with t-mobile, and i also have the Dash. i've had nothing but problems with it, and lately t-mobile just isn't the same service as it used to be. you won't be able to use My Favs on a phone that isn't manufactured by t-mobile..notice most of them say "My Favs ready" or something to that extent..on the back of the phone.
