I hope someone can explain this to me.
I am trying to call a mobile phone with the pre-fix 0450, from a phone on a PABX system (a work extention). When I dial the first 3 numbers (045) as soon as I hit the 5 I get the message on screen: Release and try again. When I dial this number from my mobile or from a public phone it connects okay.
Can anyone explain why this might be happening? I live in Australia if that makes any difference
Mobile Phone weirdness?
My guess is because your company's PBX is set to not allow calls to that prefix. do you have to dial an extra number before the 0450 prefix, in order to get an outside line?
