Hello, I have a t-mobile dash wm6 and would like to watch videos on it but there is a problem I transfer videos from my computer to my t-mobile Dash and it says error or cannot be played or just plays with a blank screen..I used WM converter 2 I tried all formats WMV,AVI,3PG,%26amp;MPG on converter and non work on phone...any ideas or things that I need in order to make my video on my t-mobile Dash...

the dash plays video in mpeg-4 format for windows media player
check to make sure it will play on your computer with quicktime player before you send it
or you could install tcpmp player for smartphone which plays a lot more video formats
