Prepaid mobile to mobile?

I am looking for a prepaid plan that includes mobile to mobile. I am trying to keep each phone around 10 - 15$ a month for service. I have looked everywhere, any ideas?

verizon and at%26amp;t go phone has that but they both has access fees so the $15 will only last for 15 days if you use no minutes
Reply:Dont think your going to find anything in those price ranges for what you need. If you did we would all have that prepaid phone. Prepaid phones are usually more a month to keep than a traditional contract plan. If i was to get a prepaid it would probably be a t-mobile
