T-mobile Shadow Problem?

I just recently acquired the T-mobile Shadow and was having some difficulties.


1. When i sync music onto the phone some album pictures show up and some don't and they all have the pictures.


2. The battery life goes really fast.


3. Is there anyway to get a really good wifi signal all the time, without having to get t-mobile web?


4. I can't watch any videos!


5. I read manga sometimes and can't get it to work on the shadow!


6. I don't like the front screen a lot (brown isn't really my color. lol) and all the ones that t-mobile gives you are bad, although i do really like that thing on the side that lets you scroll ( it works as a shortcut sometimes)


7.Is there anyway to change how the calendar looks?!


8. Can I make my own music into a ringtone?





If you have any solutions to these problems i would greatly appreciate it. Sorry for all the questions, I just got the shadow and its really nice but has alot of problems. Thank you so so much for your answers.
