I had Boost Mobile a while ago, but then I got a contract with Verizon... I remember using Boost Hookt quite a bit, it was fun, got to talk to some cool people... Well, I'm switching to T-Mobile in January, and I'm wondering what the equivalent to Boost Hookt is on T-Mobile, because I know they are all go to the same thing, just different names for different carriers... So what is the T-Mobile version called?
And for those who aren't familiar with Boost Hookt, but may know what I'm talking about for T-Mobile, it's like... a bunch of chat rooms, only, on cell phones... And you can create a profile a stuff like that... I believe the provider is AirG...
Thanks to anyone who can help!
Boost Mobile has Boost Hookt for the chat rooms, what does T-Mobile have?
Yeah, I disagree with the first answerer, too. T-Mobile has won the J.D. Power %26amp; Associates award for best customer service for 5 consecutive years, and they didn't do it by having bad customer service.
To answer your question, T-Mobile doesn't really have anything like Boost Hookt. They just have the standard messengers(AIM, Yahoo, etc.) on their phones. There is something called Upoc( http://www.upoc.com/ ) that anyone on any provider can use. It's a text based chat. I would definitely recommend having unlimited messaging on your plan if you decide to join Upoc. I'm an active user in a group for T-Mobile users (tmosig) and chat with others across the country. There are a lot of different groups on Upoc that are for a lot of different interests.
Reply:t MOBILE will have LOUSY customer service , for sure .
reconsider your decision.
