I have seen peaople in foriegn countries buying Mobile phone with contract with some company ... That way.. mobiles can be bought cheaply.... So i just want to enquire whether this facility of buying mobiles on contract is available in India or not ..??

no its not available in INDIA.........
hopefully in the next couple of years....this policy is going to be introduced in INDIA
