Is there a way to hook up a camera (via video out) to a mobile phone so that the video can be received by another mobile phone. I want to connect the two mobile phone through placing a call from the one to the other and then i want them to transmit video instead of sound. The other phone will be connected to a TV or other video device to view images.
Please give me details.

Use mobile phones as Video transmitter.?
As of now, there's no way to 'hook up' a camera to a cellphone so it can transmit live feed. But you can get a phone that already has that feature. To do this, not only do you need a phone that supports it but a network that does so too. I know AT%26amp;T 3G service allows you to do so. It may cost extra.
This feature is known as "video conferencing".
Here's a list of phones that support it: http://www.wirelessgalaxy.com/mobilephon...
One other way to do so would be if you have a modded phone, with skype installed. This would most likely have to be a windows mobile based phone or a symbion os based phone, since skype has limited support on most cellphones. With skype, you may be able to set up a video conference directly from your phone and send the data over wifi or your network.
The other phone could be a computer, if you decide to use skype. If you're not using a computer as the other 'phone', you'd need a video confrence feature on the other phone as well.
Reply:The radio phone voice is from 50 to 1000 Hz.
