i'm wondering if i can cancel it.

I believe you have 30 days to return your phone. You should contact customer service right away and ask them to make sure. If you wait too long you might have to pay the early termination fee ($150-200 per line) So you should call 611 on your phone, for customer support (free).

Reply:i used to work for customer service at tmobile. okay, you want to check what kind of store you got it from. if its a direct store, meaning they dont have a second name to it. then you have 14 calendar days from the date you purchased it. you want to cancel with customer service as well. otherwise you returned a phone and the service is still going. if its a indirect store, the best ways you can tell on those is if it says "tmobile authorized dealer" no direct stores have that in their windows. if this is the case, read your paperwork because some of them can be quite sneaky. some have 14 days some have 30. the key here is READ READ READ. also give customer service a call and ask these questions, even though they may not want you to cancel they dont wanna be recorded giving wrong info. hope this info helps you. good luck.
