Can I use mobile phone tracking anywhere in the world?

I've seen mobile phone tracking companies like http://www.mobilelocators.com but they seem to be only able to track mobiles in mainland Great Britain. Why is that? If I have set my mobile up to roam won't if be trackable abroad?

Can I use mobile phone tracking anywhere in the world?
The tracking companies rely on agreements with the local service providers to be able to provide the service. They would have to have agreements with every network operator in the world that uses compatible eqyuipment to be able to do what you are asking. Not all countries use compatible mobile systems. The laws/regulations may also prohibit it in some countries. In other words, too complicated.
Reply:Jonathan, just explore the websites of leading GPS providers, look in their FAQ, their reviews, u will definitely get the answer. for more info on this ,visit :

Reply:The UK uses dual band phones. If you went to the US (for example) where they use tri-band phones it wouldn't work even if the service was available.
Reply:mobile phone is being trackable if the network service provider is associated with the tracking company.
