Moving a mobile home-problems with landowner?

I bought a mobile home. The landowner happens to be the father of the man that lost the mobile to forclosure. He is preventing us from moving the mobile off of his property (i.e. parking his huge rv right in the way). Do I have to go to court or can I just call the sherrif to have them talk to him about making the home accessible?

Call the sherriff first...You own the mobile home, he can't stop you from doing what you want too..If that doesnt solve the problem, then take him to court.
Reply:Contact your constable office. They can instruct you on what types of court orders can aid you. If you must, handle it like a repossession. Since it is on anothers property and he's giving you lip, it would not be in your best interest to muscle your way in alone. Good luck with the idiot
Reply:call the sherrif
Reply:Try the sheriff. You have the right of ingress and egress. If the sheriff doesn't get him to move, you'll have to go to court and get a court order. He'll have to pay the fees and costs.

Spiteful old man...blaming you for his son's inability to manage his finances is just wrong.
