OK so like recently i was on some virgin mobile forums and found an email on yahoo from virgin mobile. They said they can help you with anyquestions you may have of virgin mobile and i tried it out and i gotta say it really works lol. i ask them atleast 3 questions and got an answer back in less than 2 hours. better then ourteam at virginmobile usa. try the, out they say its a 24/7 and u get answers fast. heres the email if you want to try it out
