I have been told by an owner of a mobile home park that there is a listing of all repossessed mobile homes on a state by state basis that is generated by the lending institutions that can be bid on individually. How I go about securing this listing.

manufactured homes are considered motor vehicles with titles. Most all mobile home repo lots have lists from the various lenders. There are some fair buys but nothing to kill yourself looking for and they only take cash offers.
Reply:The proper key-word search-terms might aide you; try using Manufactured Homes, since, Mobile Homes would not be mortgageable in the first place, a bank could not ever repossess one....
And, there is NO ONE-SITE for all Manufactured Homes; just like there is no longer one site for all Realtor Listings.
I doubt the individual you spoke with owns any communities, it was likely just a companies site manager who told you this!
