General mobile phone theme maker for most mobile handsets?

I am in need of a mobile phoe theme maker that would be compatible for most handsets. That is, I make one theme and I should be able to dowload and use in most phone models. Possible? Thanks in advance for your help!

Reply:You can go to www.zedge.net, there you have an option called theme maker. you can create your own themes there. all you need to do is register for free. that just takes 2 minutes.

you have a software called nokia theme editor you can download that. though that's a pretty effective tool it takes lot of IO while running, your PC should have a high configuration(more than 512MB RAM) to run efficiently. also you have to learn about the software inorder to use it, its not that user friendly..
