On Alltel's website under the prepaid plans, on the pay per day one it says you get two free features to pick. Is the Mobile to Mobile feature just for calling anyone who has Alltel service? Or can it be to any cell phone service provider?

the mobile to mobile is only alltel to alltel calling,
the most often called number is able to use any number with including other carriers or land line providers,
the text messaging is only text messaging picture messaging is separate,
night and weekends start at 9pm and end at 5:59am.
